We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. Available shipping destinations, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.

SHIPPING RATES

United Kingdom
Standard shipping: £4.99
Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50.

International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination and are displayed at checkout before payment. Any applicable duties and taxes will also be shown at checkout where available.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

UK standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International delivery times vary by destination. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be included where available.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

We will do our best to help you check the delivery status with the carrier.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tokeii.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
